Perfectly you. Imperfect invitations.

Perfectly you- that is truly what I mean when I talk about an imperfect party. None of us are perfect, right? So, why should we attempt to host an event that is something we ourselves are not?

Invitations are the first part of our events that people see. They are the first sentence in the paragraph that will be our party. They should be lovely and coherent with the rest of the design theme. They should share both important event information, and maybe more important, a piece of our hope- a glimmer of the blessing we are putting forth.

They do not need to be fancy but a few lovely details will go a long way in tangibly communicating what our guests are to expect.

A tensy hint of shimmery glitter and a neatly wrapped ribbon are just a forte as to what awaits. An inspiration, I hope, gathering people together to bless one another.

A hardy thanks for everyone who has already sent in parties for the chance to win $100. I have gotten many recent emails with amazingly creative ideas and pictures.
